  • Getting Started

    1. What is Konnexu?

    Konnexu is an easy-to-use, full-featured community builder platform. Whether you're starting a brand community, cozy book club, a passionate fandom hub, or a full-fledged social network — we’ve got everything you need to build a place people love to return to.

    You're not just creating a platform. You're nurturing belonging.

    2. What's inside the package?

    Konnexu subscriptions include apps for blogs, forums, photos, and videos for content creators. Tools for site and member management, privacy features, main and profile activity feeds. We also include features to foster connections between members such as interactions and reactions, private messaging, and friending.

    In addition to the built-in features and apps, we include hosting, support, all software updates and maintenance. You'll be set up for success with your own Email account, newsletter, and cloud storage as well. Please view details of the product packages to see more info about these awesome services!

    3. Which languages does Konnexu support?
    • English is the default language for the Konnexu software. We include a phrase manager that allows you to change the phrases as you need them.

    • The Konnexu language manager allows you to easily create language packs based on the needs of your community. Just add your translations, set it active, and your members can pick from available languages easily.

    4. What is Bello Dynamic?

    Bello Dynamic, LLC, is the company behind the Konnexu software, our founder. :)

    5. Where can I find tutorials?

    We have an extensive knowledebase with screenshots that we hope will help you learn how to use Konnexu and our client account dashboard.

    5. Do you have a free trial?

    Yes, we offer a fourteen (14) day free trial that includes all the features of the Konnexu platform. Sign up for the free trial and start your community today!

    If you decide to continue after the fourteen(14) days are up, your subscription will start, and you'll have a head start on your community.

  • Your Account

    1.Where can I manage my account?

    When you sign up for a subscription plan, you'll create an account with us. You can manage your account settings via the client dashboard. We have tutorials in our knowledgebase detailing how to use the Konnexu client dashboard. Should you need any help, please feel free to submit a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist.

    2.Can I add staff or family to my account?

    Yes, absolutely! You can add people to your account and even grant them log in privileges. Please follow the tutorial for how to add someone to your account.

    3.Can I transfer my account?

    Our privacy policy and terms do not allow account transfers. However, if you should sell your site, the new owner can create an account and subscription and we can transfer the site to them. Please contact us for more details.

    4. How to troubleshoot account issues?

    For any account issues, please contact our support desk and we'll be happy to assist.

  • Subscription

    1. How much does Konnexu cost?

    We have subscription plans for those on a budget to enterprise level plans. Our goal is to provide pricing that's easy to afford and packs a bang for your bucks! View our plans here.

    2.Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

    We do plan on having discounts for annual subscriptions, but have not yet implemented it. We hope to be able to offer annual discounted plans by the end of 2026 or sooner.

    3. How soon do I get on my site after I purchase?
    • After purchase, the server will be set up with your purchased plan features. The Konnexu system will send an Email to your Email of record that you signed up with. This Email will have steps for you to take to set your DNS records for your domain. Once the DNS propagates, usually within 24-48 hours depending on your domain registrar, you will then be able to access your site.

    • If you purchase your domain through us, we will set the DNS for you and send details to your Email when the process is completed for domain propagation. You will then be able to access your site.

    4. Can I transfer my subscription?

    Due to payment processors, and privacy policies, we cannot transfer subscriptions. Instead, if you are selling your site, the new owner will need to create an account and new subscription. You can then request for us to transfer the site to them. Note that you will also need to transfer the domain to them. If you purchased the domain through us, please open a ticket before proceeding with the site transfer. If you purchased the domain through another domain registrar, please contact them for the domain transfer. Please note that domain transfers can require domain transfer fees through the domain registrar.

    1. Do you have a free help community?

    Yes! We have an awesome, free, help community for our clients. We would be thrilled to have you as a member! Please feel free to ask for an invite via our support desk and we'll send one to your client email on file.

    Our Konnexu community is built on the Konnexu software. That's how much we love Konnexu, and how much faith we have in our software. We can't wait to "konnect" with you there!!

    2. I have an idea for a Konnexu feature or improvement, where do I submit it?

    That is fabulous! We can't wait to hear your wonderful idea. We have a special forum set up at our Konnexu community for clients to submit feature requests. Please be sure to submit your idea! Your feedback will help shape a platform that’s designed just for you.

    3. I think I found a bug, where should I submit it?

    Though we do our best to squash bugs, some can slip through the cracks. Luckily, we have awesome people like you who want to help make Konnexu the best it can be. We've set up a bug section at our community. Please submit any bugs, in separate threads so we can track them better. If you think you've found a bug that may involve a security issue, please submit those via a support ticket instead.
